Payment and shipping
The following conditions apply:
Delivery takes place domestically (Germany) and to countries of the European Union (EU).
Domestic deliveries (Germany):
We charge a flat shipping fee of €4.99 per order. Shipping is free for orders over €60.00.
Deliveries within the EU:
For deliveries to EU countries we charge a flat shipping fee of €15.90 per order.
Delivery times
Orders placed after 11:00 PM will be processed on the next business day. Unless otherwise specified in the respective offer, delivery of the goods within Germany will take place within 2-4 business days after the contract is concluded (if advance payment has been agreed upon, after the date of your payment instruction).
Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.
In the event of non-delivery of your package, you will be required to pay the shipping costs again if the non-delivery was your fault. The costs incurred will be equal to the original shipping costs for the first delivery.
Possible causes:- Incorrect delivery address
- Delivery not accepted despite delivery attempt
- Insufficient contact information for the delivery person
- Refusal of acceptance during delivery attempt
- The parcel was not picked up at a collection point on time
- Failure to comply with any delivery notification
